Message	It is left to the officers discretion. Any speed can be potentially a reckless driving if the officer thinks that you are a danger to yourself and/or people around you. You will know immediately if you got a reckless driving because the officer has to write it as a reckless driving, which is a different section in the vechicle code than a regular speeding ticket, in addition, they can impound your car for up to 30 days (most cops in my area will impound the car).
